The more expensive and rare type of stone is granite of this quarry. Stone can be traded and is essential for constructing monument.

The next 2 buildings on our list are buildings for goods of mother nature.

Reed Gatherer:

Before you can write on papyrus you need to gather reed and make papyrus out of it.

Lumberjack Camp:

Wood is something rare in egypt but it's required for a lot of things in construction or for furnitures. So if you have the lucky and
have a forrest on you map you can use the Lumberjack Camp to cut down some trees for wood.

With our next 2 buildings we are going in the underground.

Gold Mine:

The gold mine is one of two mines. The gold is one of the goods that is required for the production of jewelery.

Gems Mine:

The other good is gems from this gems mine. Both goods are sometimes used as gifts to appease rulers and gods.
The other opportunity is to trade this goods of for improving your financial situation.

In further buildings the flax can be processed to clothes for your people and carpets for the rich.
